The Lemon Pound Cake Saga and Its Designs

· My Story

One of the strangest chapters of my career turned into a whole run of designs. Here's the story, and what's on each one.

What happened?

In August 2022, deputies from the Adams County, Ohio sheriff's office searched my home while I was away. They were acting on suspicion of drug trafficking and kidnapping. Nothing was found and no charges were filed.

What did I do about it?

I turned the security footage into songs and videos, including "Will You Help Me Repair My Door" and "Lemon Pound Cake", which came out on December 29, 2022. One deputy's look at a lemon pound cake on the counter even became an album, also called Lemon Pound Cake.

Which designs come from it?

Officer Pound Cake. A collage with a yellow AFROMAN headline, black-and-white deputies and a glazed lemon bundt cake.

Is That Lemon? A scrapbook of polaroids, a POUND CAKE badge and fresh lemons under an OFFICER POUND CAKE banner.

The Mona Lisa parody. A gilded frame, a security camera, scissors and a badge, with LIE picked out in red.

The raid scrapbook banner. Two faces, a badge and a doughnut in a polaroid frame on blue paint splashes.

How did it end?

Seven deputies sued me in 2023. In March 2026 a jury ruled in my favour.
